What karat of gold is used in your jewelry pieces?

We use 18k gold for all our pieces

Do you deliver internationally?

Due to Kuwait Customs restriction, we offer international delivery on select pieces only. For international orders kindly email us at info@homoodjewelers.com or Whatsapp/text at +965 97373477

If I order today, when will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered between 1-2 days if placed on the weekdays. We do not delivery on Friday or Sat. Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered the following week.

Can I exchange or refund the piece I ordered?

Your piece must be exchanged within 7 days from the date you received your order in good condition. If the piece is scratched, worn or damaged, we will not accept it back. Family chains are not eligible for exchange or refund.

My Homood Jewelers chain broke, can you fix it?

At Homood Jewelers, we offer lifetime maintenance, send your piece over to our store and we will repair the chain free of charge. Kindly note, if a diamond or gemstone has fallen as a result of a fall or hit to the jewelry piece, we will charge to replace the missing stone.

Why do you require my Civil ID number at checkout?

Kuwait’s Ministry of Commerce requires it! All shops with a jewelery license are required to provide a Civil ID number for any order under 3,000KD and a copy of the civil ID if it is over 3,000KD for money laundering purposes.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our pieces are made from 18k gold and genuine diamonds. Before your piece reaches you, it is stamped by Kuwait’s Ministry of Commerce for gold & diamond authenticity.

How long does it take to create a family chain?

Our family chains are made by hand with care and precision, they take around 3-5 weeks for us to perfect them for you. We try our best to finish them earlier!

Do all family chain options have diamonds on the dots of the names?

Yes! We love a little sparkle on all our pieces

What colors of gold are offered for family chains?

Yellow, Rose & White gold

What is the diamond quality used in Homood Jewelers family chains?

We pride ourselves in the sparkle of our diamonds, for all family chains we use GH color & VS clarity diamonds unless the client requests something different.

What is the standard chain length for Homood Jewelers family chains?

The standard chain length is 40-45cm, but we can definitely accommodate custom sizes

What is the size per name on the family chain?

It is usually around 2 cm, but the more the names on the chain, the smaller the name to accommodate the space!

Can I return or exchange my family chain?

This piece was made exclusively for you, therefore we don’t offer exchange or refund for it.
